I am a fairly new RV owner, definitely new/rookie to Class A. Tom/ATX was recommended to me by another RV company that warned me to beware and he was one of the good ones. True to a good contractor, I had to book out a week, but certainly didn't mind. He showed up on time, had great communication before, during and after the service call. I had given him an eye-crossing list of things, as it was new to me but used...and to my surprise, he addressed everyone without me having to remind him, double check, redo the list. I know I'll never have that long a list again, because I know my Class A girl now, thanks to Tom. He's got her in tip top shape so I do not need to worry about my safety or safety of my guests who rent it. Thank you Tom.re to add text.

Tom is` absolutely the guy you want to work on your rig. He has decades of experience, is super friendly, and seems to know about every little part of the RV. He did some serious work on mine and gave me advice for the other little things I was worried about. This guy is the guy that people at other shops call foe their weird RV problems they can't fix. Super fair prices too. Can't recommend him enough, give him a call.

Wow, I am delighted with the prompt service, professional knowledge, and mind for savings that I received from ATX Mobile RV Repair! I got lucky with my timing--I submitted a quote request and a cancellation meant that Tom was pulling in my driveway less than an hour later (my local dealer didn't have an opening for nearly two months!). I failed to winterize properly when Snovid struck and I had a cracked hot water heater and a leaky toilet valve, which Tom had figured out within an hour. We are on our way to getting fixed (waiting on a part and a welder). What I feared would be $2-4k to fix turned out to be about $600. Glad I didn't do it myself because I'd have replaced the whole hot water heater and spent far more. Thanks so much! I'll be calling again, I'm sure ;-)

I've had so many issues with other RV repair companies. Tom showed up quickly when my wife and I needed prompt help fixing our camper in a pinch. He was extremely professional and took the time to walk me through what he intended to do and had done after. He was knowledgeable and patient when I had questions. He was thorough and took the time to walk me though all systems to double check that all the alterations he worked on performed up to standard. Upstanding and personable. He has my loyalty and business next time I'm in need of help.
